Truth and Reconciliation.
We honour the tradition keepers of the land now known as Vancouver, the sacred, traditional territory of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), and səlilwətaɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations. It is with deep gratitude and respect that we gather, work, and share this practice on this land.
We further recognize the traumatic history of Colonialism and Indigenous people that is ongoing in present-day Canada and hold space for all that arises on the path to healing.
One Yoga Vancouver is committed to growth and learning when it comes to meeting the needs and supporting people with diverse abilities and backgrounds. We believe that inclusivity is an uncompromisable cornerstone of Yoga.
We have unlimited free yoga passes for all Indigenous People please enquire at the studio or get the pass here.
