YOGA SUTRA with Ryan

Join Ryan to learn more about the YOGA SUTRA whether you attended his previous SUTRA workshop or not this will cover new material that is not based on the previous workshop. Both can be done independently or combined.

If you love yoga and want to learn more about the guiding philosophy that is the practice you will not want to miss this. Online and In-Person available.

Nov 24th, 1:30-4:30pm, $60, or $40 if you attended the last SUTRA workshop or $85 combined with Dani’s hand balancing workshop.

AGNI: Building Strength with Intention

Join Dani for a fun introduction to hand balancing and inversions. This workshop is designed to give you an understanding of the basics of balancing on your hands as well as the mindset and guiding philosophy of building strength and power in a Yoga practice. Some yoga experience is recommended though not necessary.

FOUNDATION series with Kendra

Every journey has a beginning. This is the perfect starting place for your yoga journey. FOUNDATION SERIES creates a space where everyone is in the same stage of learning. Our experienced FOUNDATION teacher and studio manager, Kendra, will make you feel welcome and confortable in this learning environment. You will learn the fundamentals of the poses, breathing techniques, and philosophy. This 4-week series will leave you feeling yogafied, as well as feeling confident to join regular studio classes.

AYURVEDA introduction with Nayna

Discover the power of Ayurveda in this 2 hour workshop.

In our busy lives, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed and disconnected from ourselves and what matters. Juggling work, family, and endless tasks can leave us drained, stressed, and craving balance and calm. This is where Ayurveda comes in, though it is an ancient ten thousand year old life science, yet it continues to prove its relevancy in the modern day. Ayurveda is a simple yet powerful and intuitive way of life with daily routines designed to bring your body and mind back into alignment with nature’s rhythms. By following these time-tested practices, you can regain balance, vitality, and a deeper connection with your true self and help to prevent illnesses and stay healthy. In this interactive workshop we’ll cover the fundamentals of Ayurveda and its principles, how to asses ourselves and those around us to live more harmoniously, sources of imbalance, and a daily schedule that leads us to a stress-free and disease-free life.

ASHTANGA YOGA: Blueprint For A Daily Practice 

Origins, extras and insights into how one might structure a daily practice using the Ashtanga yoga method.

We will examine the traditional sequence of the primary series and bits and pieces of the second series. Establish the blueprint for organizing a daily practice in a safe and challenging way while honouring the lineage. This is an all level workshop and I’m confident we can find a way to not only test the seasoned practitioners but also safely introduce postures to anyone starting out.
