Kendra Anderson
Kendra meets you where you're currently at on the yoga mat. Offering students a wide range of variations, modifications, adjustments and assists, Kendra aims to make every yoga class and every posture she teaches accessible to every body. With a focus on alignment, thoughtful sequencing, and through the wisdom of the breath, Kendra's classes give students the foundation they need to move through their yoga practice with integrity, strength and grace. It is Kendra's belief that the spaciousness found on the yoga mat, can make room for more healing, more awareness and more joy in everyday lives.
Kendra has had honour to study over 500hrs (RYT) with Suzanne Slocum-Gori and Shelley Tomczyk, Ryan Leier (One Yoga 100hr RYT) and Carolyn Anne-Budgell (50hr meditation). She considers herself a forever student, dedicated to ongoing studentship and personal growth.
